‘CREATIVE CLIMATE’ IS SEEKING INPUT FOR NEW PROJECT ‘KNOWLEDGE KEEPERS’

Knowledge Keepers, an initiative by the Centre for Reworlding under the Creative Climate project, facilitated by Claire G Coleman (Wirlomin Noongar), invites submissions from First Nations artists, elders, and cultural knowledge keepers.

The Knowledge Keepers will include Indigenous artists, Elders, leaders and changemakers with the wisdom needed to create change in the ways Australia and Australian creatives respond, collaborate and adapt to the colonial crisis of climate change.

Over the next 9 months, Claire is planning to meet with First Nations artists, Elders and cultural knowledge holders in Gimuy, Garramilla, Yugambeh country, Dharawal and Dhurga Country, Gadigal, Lutruwita, Tarntanya, Boorloo, Rubibi and Naarm.
