LAST CHANCE CLAIM YOUR ARTWORK PURCHASE AS A TAX DEDUCTION

01.06.2025

Attention small business owners: The 2O25 Federal Budget has officially announced the discontinuation of the significant tax incentive allowing for the immediate write-off of artwork purchases up to $2O,OOO.

First introduced in 2O15 as part of the Small Business Measures legislation, this opportunity will conclude on 3O June 2O25.
That means there’s still time to take advantage of the Instant Asset Write-off until the end of this financial year.

We invite you to consider acquiring an artwork by leading First Nations artists with Vivien Anderson Gallery, who have proudly represented exceptional Indigenous artists for over 3O years.

Browse from our website to see available art, or contact the gallery for a full list of artworks under $2O,OOO.

*Eligible businesses are those which have aggregated turnover of less than $1O million. Note, this email does not represent taxation advice. Please seek independent financial advice for information relevant to your business, and read more via the ATO website to check eligibility.
