Congratulations to James Tylor, whose work Economics of Water #11 (Diversion) has been acquired by the Art Gallery of Ballarat.
The work is part of a series highlighting the environmental damage to the Murray Darling River system – the photographs of the drought-effected Menindee Lakes have been overlaid with gold geometric shapes that symbolise the human infrastructure of water diversion for commercial agriculture and settlements.
